Menu items, prices, package details and availability shown on this website are indicative and provided for planning purposes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. A quotation is only confirmed once we have responded to your enquiry in writing.
Reservations, enquiries and bookings
A table reservation is confirmed when the website displays a booking reference after a successful reservation response. Where a ₹300 deposit applies, confirmation is completed only after Razorpay payment succeeds and the payment is verified by our server. The deposit is adjusted against the final restaurant bill.
Private celebrations, corporate events, catering and bulk bakery forms remain enquiries. Those services are confirmed only after we agree the final details in writing and receive any advance stated in the quotation.
Cancellations and changes
A ₹300 table-reservation deposit is refundable when the reservation is cancelled at least four hours before the booked time, subject to successful verification of the original payment. Later cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Event, catering, lounge and bakery cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed separately in the applicable written quotation because they vary by booking type, guest count and notice period.
Intellectual property
The Nineteenth May name, logo, and the text, photography and design on this website belong to MSMY Hospitality Pvt Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative pricing or availability shown here rather than a confirmed written quotation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
