We opened in 2019 with a single decision: everything would be made in our own kitchen. The desserts, the catering, the bakery — all prepared in-house.
That decision made the early years harder and the food better. It is why the cake at your table is the same cake we send to a wedding of 800, and why a corporate cafeteria contract gets the same kitchen as the restaurant on a Saturday night.
