Personal data we collect

When you make a reservation, request catering, order bakery products, plan an event or contact us, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, preferred date and time, guest count, dietary preferences, event details, billing information and your messages with us. We also receive limited technical and campaign information, such as device/browser data, page interactions and advertising source, only according to the privacy choices you make on this website.

Reservations and Razorpay payments

Available tables may be confirmed instantly through this website. For Friday to Sunday reservations between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM, and for parties of six or more, a ₹300 reservation deposit may be collected through Razorpay’s hosted checkout. The deposit is adjusted against the final restaurant bill.

Razorpay processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. Nineteenth May receives the payment status, amount, transaction and order identifiers, and information required to verify, reconcile or refund the booking. We do not receive or store complete card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.

Forms, reservations and automation providers

Depending on the form used, submissions may be delivered or automated using FormSubmit and Zapier, and may also be sent to us through WhatsApp or email. These services process the details entered in the form so our team can respond, prepare an estimate, manage a reservation or complete an order. Do not submit sensitive personal data that is not needed for your request.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Optional trackers do not load until you make a choice in our privacy panel. You can reject all optional tracking or choose categories separately:

• Necessary: security, reservation functionality and storage of your privacy choice.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand site performance and journeys. Form fields are masked before Clarity loads.
• Marketing: Google Ads and Meta Pixel, used for campaign measurement and remarketing.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page and withdraw or change consent. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing, calling, using WhatsApp or completing a reservation.

Why we use personal data

We use personal data to take steps you request, fulfil and administer reservations, catering and bakery orders, provide customer support, manage confirmed capacity, maintain accounting and security records, comply with law, and—with your consent—measure and improve advertising and website performance. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers and processing outside India

Our providers may include Netlify, Zapier, FormSubmit, WhatsApp/Meta, Google and Microsoft. Some providers or their support systems may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we use them for the purposes described above and subject to applicable Indian law and the provider’s contractual safeguards. Each provider’s own privacy terms also apply to its service.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries and reservation information only as long as needed to serve you, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. Accounting and tax records may be retained for the period required by law. We use reasonable access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of personal data being processed, correction or updating of inaccurate data, erasure when retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

Children’s data

Our services may include children’s celebrations, but reservation and event forms are intended for adults. Please do not submit a child’s personal data unless it is necessary for the event and you are their parent or lawful guardian.
