The founder
Two decades of five‑star hospitality, now close to home.
Manouj Kaushikk spent more than 20 years with Hyatt, JW Marriott, The Claridges and DLF, including leading 70 associates across the restaurants and 20,000 sq ft of banqueting at JW Marriott Chandigarh. In 2019, Manouj opened Nineteenth May to bring that discipline to an independent Mohali restaurant.
An IHM Gwalior graduate and Hyatt-certified skills trainer, Manouj built the team, the menu and the service standards on the same training discipline.
