The founder
Two decades of five‑star hospitality, now close to home.
Manouj Kaushikk brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience across Hyatt, JW Marriott, The Claridges, The Imperial, Rotana and DLF. In 2019, he founded Nineteenth May in Sector 67, Mohali.
An IHM Gwalior graduate and Hyatt-certified skills trainer, Manouj built the team, the menu and the service standards on the same training discipline.
