With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Manouj Kaushikk's expertise and strategic acumen have been instrumental in shaping Nineteenth May into a premier dining destination. Under his leadership, Nineteenth May has expanded its offerings to include a variety of divisions catering to different preferences and occasions.

Manouj's journey has been one of dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence. A graduate of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, he honed his craft in some of the world's most renowned hospitality brands, including Rotana, JW Marriott, and Hyatt. It was during these formative years that his vision for Nineteenth May began to take shape—a space where patrons could indulge in good, honest food while creating lasting memories with loved ones.

His illustrious career highlights include hosting esteemed guests such as President Xi Jinping at the Hyatt Ahmedabad and orchestrating unforgettable events like the celebrations for Upasana Reddy, the granddaughter of Mr. Pratap Reddy, and actor Ramcharan, son of veteran actor Chiranjeevi.

Priyesh Gautam brings over 10 years of international Food & Beverage experience to Nineteenth May, having worked with renowned global brands such as Marriott, The Leela Kempinski, and Rotana Hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As a seasoned Restaurant & Bar Manager, Priyesh's expertise lies in creating exceptional dining experiences. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, his passion for hospitality is matched by his love for cooking and cricket, both of which inspire his dedication to delivering excellence at Nineteenth May.

Navin Nischal Dutta, Restaurant Manager

Navin Nischal Dutta is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 29 years of rich experience across various prestigious hotels, restaurants, and catering services. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Nineteenth May, Mohali since June 2024, Navin has an impressive track record with notable establishments such as Hotel Lime Tree, Satluj Club Ludhiana, Chokhidhani Panchkula, and The Yellow Chilly by Sanjeev Kapoor.

Navin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism & Hotel Management and a Bachelor's in Commerce. With a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, he excels in operations, marketing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His leadership and extensive expertise in F&B services, event management, and strategic planning make him a vital asset at Nineteenth May..
